Boyd has deftly created patterns which are then repeated in five different color groups running the gamut from daring to more subdued. The fabrics and patterns can stand alone or mix well together and are suitable for many uses. I have showcased a few from each group, but be sure to visit Duralee's website for the full line. The fabrics are available only through designers (me included).
navy/sky
aquamarine/peridot
amethyst/lavender
smoke/sand
Aren't they fun!!! I can't wait to use a few from the collection in a future project. And if you are not familiar with the designer, Eileen Kathryn Boyd, head over to her website or her blog to see her vivacious style and approach to decorating.
I don't know about you but I am delighted that the week-end is here! I am looking forward to enjoying some family time, watching my kids run in a cross country meet and winding down after a busy week. Thanks for always coming to visit me here at Room Rx, I enjoy the conversations and comments as well as sharing my inspirations with you all!
Does your room need a “prescription” for a change of decor, function or design? If so please contact me, I would love to help your room feel better with a Room Rx
This is one of my favorites series to read - I always love what pretties you're going to show us next and these do not disappoint. I'm drooling and spilling my coffee over here!! And good to know they are available through you too if I never it. Enjoy your weekend with the family Cathy!!
ReplyDeleteLove this line! Great combination of classic and contemporary and wild color ways. Need to go look these up now :-)
ReplyDeleteThese are gorgeous! If only I had an unlimited budget and a mansion of rooms to decorate with beautiful fabrics...
ReplyDeleteI do like her fabrics but prefer the more vibrant patterns and colors but they are distinctive and interesting.
ReplyDeleteWas just looking at those today! Beautiful!
