Color of the Moment: holiday reds and greens

The reds and greens of the season appeal to me in the form of plaids, tartan and traditional. Paired with a little bit of rustic such as burlap and rough hewn wood, simple in the use of white and winterberries and you have a lovely holiday look.

  3. With all the "new" holiday colors arriving on the scene in recent years, it is nice to see some good old fashioned red & green. Way to mix it up with the tartan plaid.
By the way, please be sure to stop by tomorrow as I'm passing along the Versatile Blogger Award to you. Congratulations!

  4. I agree with Carrie - I'm a big fan of classic, traditional Christmas colors. Although I have seen some mixes of color schemes that are very fun and fresh for the holidays, there's nothing like the classics. The plaid boxes with the Scotty dog is so cute - I'd love to have one of those boxes.
