A little goes a long way

The touch of black stripe on the host chair gives this room, with its white walls and chairs, undressed windows and ebony floors, not only a bit of drama but a graphic pop.  There is a little bit of  yin and yang at play here... compact modern side chairs paired with the big, bold host chair of a completely different style, a "fancy-pants" chandelier paired with the clean lines of the table.  Add just a touch of cobalt blue and the stripe running horizontal on the chairs and it all adds up to a simple, but fabulous dining room.  I love it!
