Today I am continuing the before & after mojo with a little project that my CSIL recently completed for her new living room. She found a pair of these amazing Mid- Century occasional chairs which, except for the harvest gold upholstery, were in beautiful condition but needed a second chance. Unlike the other pair of Mid-Century chairs she has in the room, she was not going to send these out to the upholsterer, but wanted to have a go at the job herself.
So we ordered up a few yards of her inspiration fabric...

LOVE! She is so good - what were her thoughts on the process? They look so good. And I love the vibe going on in the room and that she's got a fun color palette going on. Those chairs - I'm dying over those chairs. They are so handsome and just that right touch of Ralph Lauren-esque for the room - I love adding that touch to a design. Great work CSIL!!
I'll say she did a fabulous job! The chairs are great and the fabric is such a fun mix with the eclectic look in her room. It's coming along beautifully!

Ooooh, love this room!! What a great mix, lots of fun pattern (I think I have those exact same green chevron pillows except in the square format), great colors, nice form. That zebra rug is so cool, love it layered like that! The new chairs are gorgeous, beautiful fabric and she did such a great job!!
Ooh, I LOVE this room! So much fun pattern mixing -- I am always so envious of people who can mix patterns flawlessly. And, yes, she did a fantastic job on the chair cushions. They look great!
