My CSIL wanted me to share these additional, better photos of her guest room, so here you are...
First up, a close up shot of the Roman shade. (I am working on Therese for a tutorial, maybe you all can reiterate your desire for that in the comments!) The detail of the banding with the contrast edge is something I have specified for many a Roman shade and my CSIL has it down to a science. LOVE it! It's a great way to use an inspiration fabric without breaking the bank.
For a dash of something new today, here are a few fabrics that we are looking to incorporate into the dining room is this great little Cape Cod home (photo below from listing):
While we won't be using our inspiration fabric in the DR, it is right across the hallway from the living room and around the corner from the powder room where we have used the floral fabric. I am loving the big stripe and all of the great color it brings to the party, wait till you see what that talented CSIL of mine is gonna do with it!!!
The inspiration fabric really sets the scene for the whole first floor of this home doesn't it?
Have a fantastic week-end my friends, what's on your "docket?"
Does your room need a “prescription” for a change of decor, function or design? If so please contact me, I would love to help your room feel better with a Room Rx.

That Roman shade looks fantastic!
Love that striped fabric and can't wait to see what she does with it - when is CSIL going to start a blog? :) A tutorial on that roman shade would be great too - she did such a great job on it.
